See the glittering temples of the Grand Palace and the large reclining Buddha at Wat Po, one of the oldest temples in Bangkok. Cruise the mighty Chao Phraya by a long tail boat and pop into the famous Temple of Dawn. Marvel at how ancient sites lie alongside glittering shopping malls and skyscraper – that’s Bangkok. DAY3: BANGKOK-KANCHANABURI-BANGKOK: (B-L)
Breakfast at hotel, meet with tour guide and today we do a full day Kanchanaburi Tour with lunch. Visit famous war Cemetary “Don Rak ". Visit the Jeath War; this enclave in the riverside precincts of Wat Chaichumphon has been constructed largely in the form of an allied prisoner of war camp. The name Jeath is derived from Japan, England, America, Australia, Thailand and Holland. Visit The Bridge over the River Kwai International famous, the black iron bridge was brought from Java by the Japanese army and reassembled under Japanese supervision by Allied prisoner of war labor as part of the “Death Railway” link Thailand with Myanmar. Add the visit to the Hellfire Pass Museum”: Include train ride and boat ride, after that visit Hellfire Pass Memorial Museum, co-sponsored by the Australian and Thai governments, is located on the site of the cutting and has superb interactive displays telling the story of the construction. Visitors can walk down the valley and see the actual cutting of Hellfire Pass. Although the tracks have long since disappeared, the route of the cutting can be clearly seen. Lunch at restaurant. Return back to Bangkok. Back to hotel. Free time for leisure. Overnight at Bangkok.

Pop into the Art and Cultural Centre for an introduction to the history and culture of Northern Thailand. Continue to Wat Chedi Luang with its big stupa and Wat Phra Singh that houses a sacred Buddha. After a local lunch, drive to Chiang Mai’s most famous place, Doi Suthep Temple. Climb the stairs to the top of the temple and be rewarded with magnificent views over the valley. Check in hotel. Evening Khantoke dinner with traditional Dance. Back to hotel. Breakfast at hotel, meet with tour guide and start from the hotel in Chiang Mai driving along a wildly route via Doi Saket through scenic hills, valleys and villages. A short break is made at Mae Khachan Hot Spring. Proceed to Chiang Rai province. Visit Akha & Yao hill tribe villages in Mae Chan area. View around taking pictures of tribal villages and people who still dress up in their traditional costume as well as purchasing some cheap crafts from them. Visit Long Neck Tribe. Continue to the ancient town of Chiang Saen, the capital of the kingdom until 13th century before King Meng Rai, the founder of Lanna Kingdom moved the capital to Chiang Rai. At that time the Myanmese also arrived and started to occupy the area, Chiang Saen was then totally destroyed and became an abandoned city for many decades. Visit Wat Chedi Luang, almost 800 years old temple, also one of the most important temples in Chiang Saen. Further drive along the Mekong’s River Bank to The World Renowned, Golden Triangle, and the mystery land in the past related to the Drug Trade and War. Lunch at the restaurant. Drive up a small hill to a scenic point at Wat Pu Kao for a picturesque view over the Mekong River and the meeting point of 3 different countries; Thailand – Laos – Myanmar. Then, take a short walk from the temple down to the Opium Museum where questions and curiosity about the Opium are replied. Go on travelling to Mae Sai, a bustling market at the border town with Myanmar and the northern most point of Thailand. Return back to Chiang Mai. Back to hotel. Free at your own leisure. DAY6: CHIANG MAI: (B-L)
Breakfast at hotel, meet with tour guide and spend the day riding elephants through the forest and swimming in the Mae Ping River (at Chiang Dao Elephant Camp). See how these giants live and get a glimpse at the unique and very real relationships between elephants and their mahouts, often each other’s best friends for life. Seeelephants at work, the baby training school and bath time! On the return journey to Chiang Mai you will stop at anorchid farm to see exotic species in full bloom. Lunch at local restaurant. Start out with a visit depart hotel for a chic and unique city tour. Visit a bustling around the clock market, Pak Klong Talad, take a short Tuk Tuk ride to Saranrom Royal Garden where you can relax while learn varieties of Thai plants. Continue to the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple – Wat Phra Kaeo. Before entering the main gate to the temple of the Emerald Buddha, stop by the Royal Regalia Museum to see the beauty of decorative jewelry, which used to be ornament of the royal officers and consorts. Walk in to enjoy the beauty of the temple of The Emerald Buddha. Visit the most sacred Buddha statue of Thailand, held by all Thais as also the symbol of national independence and enjoy the stunning buildings which you cannot miss taking photos of, every time you turn around.
Afternoon, take a long-tailed boat along the Chao Phraya River to see Thai lifestyle. Pass the Grand Palace and pay a brief visit to the Royal Barge Museum which houses ceremonial King’s Barges decorated with multi-color glasses, gilt and stuccos.
